This year, I will be writing a history honors thesis about Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings. Though she is known mostly for her novels, like The Yearling, I love her for her love of Florida. She has reignited my passion for this state, and I have embarked on a whole new adventure in learning it through her writings. This blog is about what inspires me along the way.
